摘要:本设计的对象是产量为200t/h燃混合煤气的板坯步进梁式加热炉,论文主干由绪论、设计方案和设计计算组成。绪论部分分别从加热炉的基本结构、步进梁的步进原理、炉衬结构及炉型特点等四个方面来深入浅出地介绍了板坯步进梁式加热炉总体特征;设计方案部分,该方案在综合了导师的科学指导意见以及当下社会的绿色经济、高效高产的工业设计标准之后,从而最终确定了混合煤气的燃烧配比、三段式炉型的加热方式、装出料方式和供热方式等诸多问题的解决方案;设计计算部分,第一步是对混合煤气的燃料燃烧计算。第二步是炉膛换热的热工计算,以及料坯加热的热工计算。第三步是三段式加热的加热时间 计算、炉膛尺寸的计算以及炉子的热平衡分析。第四步根据计算的结果选取满足工作需要的烧嘴和空气换热器的形式。第五步进行步进梁式加热炉内系统管路的阻力计算,根据得出的相关结果来选则满足工作需要的风机。最后是整个产量为200t/h燃混合煤气的板坯步进梁式连续加热炉设计论文的总结。72617

Design of Slab Walker Continuous Heating Furnace for 200t / h Combustion Gas

Abstract: In the subject design, I consult a large number of related books and documents online about stepping furnace and thermal furnaces, I also review the "industrial boiler" and "furnace thermal" books which has learned。 Through the curriculum design, I have deepened the basic knowledge of heating furnace and heat engineering, I also mastered the basic method of heating furnace design and the basic structure of the heating furnace。 The design of the first comprehensive analysis of the basic information about the reheating furnace, and points out its differences with the reheating furnace。 The second step is the calculation of the combustion of mixed gas fuel。 The third step is the thermal calculation of furnace heat transfer, The calculation part is firstly discuss the calculation of fuel furnace heat transfer and metal heating problems, and then calculate the main dimensions of the furnace according to different heating time。 The back is the calculation of the thermal balance of the stove, and then according to the results of calculation, select the burner and heat exchanger to meet the needs of the work。 Finally, calculate the resistance of the piping system, the selection of the blower and the fan。 To complete the entire design of slab continuous beam reheating furnace with a yield of 200t/h (mixed gas) process。
