摘要斜行电梯运行在有坡度的场合,不同于普通电梯,因此斜行电梯的内部结构 会有很大的变化,如普通电梯所没有的变轨机构以及门系统机构,本文针对多角 度斜行电梯的门刀系统进行研究。
在设计中,通过对斜行电梯开关门系统的分析,设计门刀门锁滚轮与承载架 一致的斜向安装,运动方式垂直于其安装方向。通过对变轨机构的分析,设计门 刀承载架以得证门刀在变轨后,能由平行于第一导轨变为平行第二导轨。然后对 自适应变轨门结构的所要附属部分,如钢丝绳、T 型承载板、接近开关、电磁铁 锁死机构、凸轮、齿轮齿条等进行结构设计,并对典型的机械零件进行受力分析 和强度校核。72669
运动分析结构表明斜行电梯自适应变轨门刀结构可满足变轨要求,开关门要 求。

Diagonal line of the elevator adaptive change track door knife structure design
Abstract Where slope of elevator running inclined line, is different from the ordinary elevator, so the internal structure of oblique line of the elevator will have great changes, such as ordinary elevator without its institutions and door system of organization, which based on multi-angle oblique line of elevator door knife system were studied。
In the design, through analyzing the diagonal line of the elevator doors system,it designs door knife locks roller and bearing frame consistent oblique installation and exercising perpendicular to the direction of installation。Then by analyzing of its mechanism and the design bearing frame to find the door knife ,the orbit can be changed from parallel to the first track to parallel the second guide track。 Then the structure of adaptive change track door to the accessory parts, such as steel wire rope, T bearing plate,proximity switch, electromagnet lock mechanism, cam, gear and rack 。It also must do some thing with structure design of the typical mechanical parts for stress analysis and strength check。
Motion analysis structure shows that inclined elevator can satisfy its demands with changing track door knife structure , opening or closing the door。
