摘要叠合梁是工程实际中广泛应用的构件,其横力弯曲正应力会对叠合梁的使用性能产生 很大的影响。本文通过试验与理论相验证的方法,首先利用材料力学中单梁的正应力公式, 通过推导得到了同材料和不同材料的自由叠合梁横力弯曲正应力公式,计算出自由叠合梁 不同截面上横力弯曲正应力的理论值。然后设计了惠斯通电桥四分之一桥的试验电路,并 进行了连线,又在自由叠合梁的不同截面处粘贴了 10 枚应变片,完成了自由叠合梁横力 弯曲正应力的电测法试验,得到了所需的试验值。最终将试验所得到的数据与理论计算所 得到的数据相比较,分析出了试验误差以及产生误差的原因。72674
研究发现:自由叠合梁横力弯曲应力电测法试验的试验值与理论值会由于贴片位置、 环境影响等因素而产生误差,但试验值与理论值的分布规律基本一致。

Study on Electrical Measuring Experiment about Lateral Bending Stress of Free Composite Beam
Abstract Composite beam is widely used in actual engineering and its lateral bending stress has a significant influence on its performance。 This thesis adopts method of experiment combined with theory validation to complete the electrical measuring experiment about lateral bending stress of free composite beam。 This thesis firstly calculates the theoretical values of lateral bending stress in different cross sections of free composite beam by using the formula of lateral bending stress of free composite beam which is derived from the monospar normal stress formula in mechanics of materials。 Secondly, it designs the experimental circuit of quarter-bridge of Wheatstone bridge and makes an connection, and then it pastes ten strain gauges in different cross sections of composite beam。 The experimental value is given through the finishing of electrical measuring experiment。 Finally, the experimental error and its causes can be analyzed by comparing experimental value and theoretical data。
Research shows that error between experimental value and theoretical data of electrical measuring experiment about lateral bending stress of free composite beam can be caused by the location of patches and environment factors。 And the distribution of dates are basically the same between experiment and theory。
