摘要:包边机运行中在给需要包边的蜂窝纸板作用面积要求受力均匀,并且压合的行程较长,这是为了使包边条可以完全充分的包裹纸芯板以及使胶水尽可能凝固。而压合受力均匀就需要要求较大的受力面积受力大小可调,防止纸芯板受力过大导致纸芯板变形损坏。而纸板厚度根据实际用户需要,有可能会有不同规格,因此可压合的厚度必须可调,所以如何选择和设计这些传动部件是比较关键的所在。包边机的工作原理是同步带轮对蜂窝纸板的作用把原动机的机械能传递给同步带,利用向下作用的气缸,使同步带轮挤压包边条让包边条牢牢的粘合在蜂窝纸板,从而加强蜂窝纸板的边缘强度。关键词:受力均匀、包边压合、同步带轮9597
Abstract
Overlock machine operation in to the needs of area of honeycomb paperboard role wrapping requirements stress is uniform, and the pressure of the stroke is long, it is in order to make the surface can be fully coated paper core board and make the glue as solidification. While pressing force uniform require larger force size adjustable force area, prevent paper core board stress leading to paper core plate deformation and damage. But the board thickness according to the actual needs of users, may have different specifications, so it can be pressed thickness must be adjustable, so how to choose and design the transmission components is the key.
The working principle of taping machine is synchronous belt wheel of honeycomb paperboard, the prime mover of the mechanical energy transfer to the synchronous belt, using the cylinder down effect, make the synchronous belt wheel extrusion wrapping strips make wrapping strip firmly bonded on the honeycomb paperboard, thereby strengthening the edge strength of honeycomb paperboard.
