摘要自从上世纪60年代起,固体火箭发动机推进剂的研究逐渐从传统的复合双基推进剂过渡到了新型固体推进剂的研究。其中铝冰固体燃料推进剂作为一种新型的推进剂开始成为了研究人员的新研究方向。76959
铝冰固体燃料推进剂是一种采用纳米级铝颗粒作为燃烧剂,低温水作为氧化剂的一种新型高能燃料,具有相比于普通双组元推进剂较高的能量密度。除此之外,铝冰推进剂由于其燃烧生成的产物是铝的氧化物和水,因此铝冰固体推进剂也是一种新型环保型推进剂。
本文主要分为两大部分:第一部分分析了铝冰推进剂组成成分对整体燃烧参数的性能影响。利用热力学计算软件CEA分析了H2O2的添加对铝冰推进剂整体的增促作用并考虑了其含量添加的有效范围,考虑了铝含量添加对整体推进剂性能参数的影响。除此之外分析了不同初始工作压强对铝冰推进剂的燃烧性能的影响。第二部分利用流场仿真软件Fluent来分析铝冰推进剂在不同参数下的燃气射流尾流场,分别考虑了来流马赫数、喷管入口温度、喷管入口压强、喷管入口处成分组成对燃气射流尾流场的影响,并通过分析整理得出相关结论。
