摘要船舶与海洋结构在恶劣海况下航行工作时,不可避免的会受到砰击载荷作用,从而导致船体结构受损甚至船毁人亡。与此同时,随着工业的发展以及能源的短缺,海洋能源的开发利用越来越受到人们的关注,因此,海洋平台等海洋钻井结构对人们也越来越重要。为了保障船舶和海洋平台结构的安全性,关于船舶与海洋结构砰击载荷预报方面的研究较早就已开展,其目的是为了在设计船舶与海洋结构之前就能够准确预报出砰击压力从而更好的制造其结构设计以保障船舶与海洋结构航行及工作时的安全性。随之船舶大型化的发展以及各种新型深海钻井平台的出现,对于结构砰击载荷预报方面的研究也显得更为重要。78141
本文以4中不同底升角的楔形体为研究对象,利用试验和数值仿真方法分析楔形结构在砰击过程中的载荷变化,系统讨论了不同底升角和入水高度对砰击载荷的影响规律。主要研究内容如下:
1、归纳整理了船舶与海洋结构砰击载荷预报方面的国内外研究现状,提出了本文的主要研究内容。
2、进行了楔形结构试验设计,开展了不同底升角的楔形结构在不同入水高度下的砰击试验,得到了砰击载荷随时间变化关系。发现砰击载荷的最大值一般出现在楔形体刚入水的时候。
3、利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件开展了楔形结构砰击试验仿真分析,与试验结果进行比较,验证完善了仿真分析技术;分析研究楔形体底升角和入水速度对砰击压力及峰值的影响规律,并研究了砰击过程中的结构响应,为船舶与海洋结构砰击载荷预报及结构响应分析奠定了基础。通过对结果的对比分析,能够发现。楔形体在砰击入水时的砰击压力及峰值会随着底升角的增大而减小,并随着入水速度的增大而增大。并且通过对试验结果和仿真结果的对比,发现仿真结果的误差在20%只能,仿真结果基本可靠。
