摘要随着我国社会经济的发展进步,中国已成为世界上最大的工业国家,每年因磨损部件故障数量让人难以想象,这样不仅造成了资源浪费,而且对环境也有不可想象的的影响。所以,这项科学研究就是通过一些高科技手段对废弃的机械零件进行修复处理,使其能够持续正常的工作从而延长它的使用寿命,提高设备的可用性,实现能源可持续利用具有重要的科学意义。80315
本文就是基于资源再利用以及修复再制造的思想通过微粒射流电沉积的方法,通过分析多种因素对零件表面机械性能的影响,主要包含电压电流的大小、颗粒速度的影响和选定的电解质材料,不同的参数变化会对电沉积表里面产生很大的影响,本实验通过一个大胆的猜想和实验假设、以及对实验的结果数据进行分析,得出较为科学的研究结果。
