摘要现代工业生产的自动化程度越来越高,自动测量技术也得到相应发展。作为具有高度互换性的标准部件,转向轴承广泛应用于各种车辆上,因此转向轴圈的沟道自动测量技术正得到越来越多的重视与应用,本文以转向轴承为主要研究对象,设计了一个轴圈沟道参数的自动测量装置。80350
本文首先介绍了转向轴承轴自动检测的国内外现状,对目前各种转向轴承自动检测的方法、原理及原理图进行了介绍,并对各自的优缺点进行了分析。其次,提出检测装置的整体设计方案,将系统要实现的功能分为四个主要部分。分别为圆弧测量部分、传感器移动部分、定位部分和校准部分。对每一部分的方案进行论述并给出相应的原理图,分析每种方案的优缺点,确定最终方案。最后给出每部分的机械结构设计,绘制出三维图,对结构中的电机、丝杠等主要标准件进行选型。通过以上工作,设计出了优化的机械结构系统,完成了整个转向轴承轴圈沟道参数测量仪的机构设计。
本文设计的转向轴承轴圈沟道参数测量仪可以实现高精度、高效率的测量,机械结构系统的设计体现了优化和创新的设计思想。

This paper introduces the domestic and international status of the steering shaft bearings automatically detected, the current methods of various steering bearing automatic detection principle and schematics were introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed。 Secondly, the overall design of the detection device, the system to achieve the function is pided into four main sections。 It was measured arc part, the moving part sensor, part positioning and calibration section。 Each part of the program were discussed and the corresponding schematics, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each option, determine the final program。 Finally, the mechanical design of each part of the drawn three-dimensional view of the structure of the motor, screw, and other major standard conduct selection。 Through the above work, designed to optimize the mechanical structure of the system, to complete the entire steering shaft bearing ring channel measuring instrument parameters mechanism design。
