摘要船舶的振动越来越受到关注,其主要振源有主辅机产生的振动、螺旋桨产生的振 动、轴系产生的振动等等。本文将主要研究船舶柴油机振动特性,分析其有效隔振方 法。传统的隔振方式主要有单层隔振、双层隔振和浮筏隔振等几种方式,其中传统的 双层隔振方式其中间质量块主要是板件结构,本文将重点研究双层隔振中间质量块的 结构形式对隔振效果的影响规律,通过有限元法研究双层隔振周期结构的隔振性能。80700

首先,根据周期结构的思想设计几种双层中间质量块的结构形式,并建立其有限 元模型。其次,建立船舶柴油机双层周期隔振系统的有限元模型,利用 ANSYS Workbench 软件对该模型进行模态分析,得到其固有频率和振型;在模态分析的基础 上进行谐响应分析,得到结构随频率变化的位移响应,并与传统双层隔振结构的隔振 效果进行比较,最后,重点研究不同的周期结构形式对系统隔振效果的影响规律。

结合上述分析,得到以下结论:双层隔振结构中间质量块采用梁板 5mm 结构形 式时系统的隔振效果最好,比传统的双层隔振方式隔振效率提高了 20%。

Abstract The ship's vibration that contain the vibration of main auxiliary equipment,vibration of propeller,vibration of shafting and so on is getting more and more attention。This paper will study the vibration characteristics of marine diesel engine in mainly,and analysis of its effective vibration isolation method。The traditional isolation methods  mainly  include single layer vibration isolation, double layer vibration isolation and floating raft isolation。The traditional double layer vibration isolation method of which the mass block is mainly the structure of the plate。This paper will focus on the study of the influence of the structure form of the double layer vibration isolation mass block on the vibration isolation effect。The vibration isolation performance of the double layer vibration isolation period structure is studied through the finite element method。

First,according to the idea of periodic structure,we can design of the structure of several double layer intermediate mass and the finite element model is established。And more,the finite element model of the marine diesel engine double deck period vibration isolation system is established。Then,the modal analysis of the model is carried out by using Workbench ANSYS software to obtain the natural frequencies and modes。Next,on the basis of modal analysis, harmonic response analysis is performed to obtain displacement response of structure with frequency variation and compare with the vibration isolation effect of the traditional double layer vibration isolation structure。Finally,it is important that the influence law of different period structure forms on the vibration isolation effect is studied。

Combined with the above analysis, the conclusion is obtained:the vibration isolation effect is best by using the beam plate 5mm structure in the middle mass of the double layer vibration isolation structure。And,compared with the traditional double layer vibration isolation efficiency, the vibration isolation efficiency is improved by 20%。
