摘要半潜式海洋平台是浮动型的移动平台,为在海上进行钻井等活动提供生产和生活设施的构筑物。由于传统的半潜式平台在对恶劣海况的适应性、保持平台的稳定性、对波浪的动态响应等方面具有一定局限性,本课题主要研究的是基于主动波浪补偿的半潜式海洋平台的设计。83182
本课题针对传统半潜式海洋平台的局限性,提出了基于主动波浪补偿的半潜式海洋平台的设计。通过将传统的半潜式海洋平台的刚性立柱结构替换为可调式立柱结构,使用液压缸作为可调式立柱的主体构件,针对平台的工作负载以及工作海况设计液压缸的尺寸以及液压缸的外部连接件。接着为了保证平台在维修和自存工况下的安全,还针对辅助支撑系统进行设计,其中包括辅助支撑立柱和锁紧装置。还对可调式立柱结构的液压系统进行设计,使其达到到达主动波浪补偿的目的。

Abstract The semi-submersible platform is a floating movable platform。 It is a structures which provide the production and living facilities for the drilling, the oil recovery and other activities at sea。 This paper mainly discusses the design of the semi-submersible platform which is based on the Active Heave Compensation。 Since the limitation of conventional semi-submersible platform for the adaptability of the adverse sea conditions, maintain the stability of the platform, the dynamic response to waves and other aspects, this study is a design of the semi-submersible platform which is based on the Active Heave Compensation。
Since the limitations of the traditional semi-submersible offshore platform, this paper proposes a design of the semi-submersible offshore platform which is based on the active wave compensation。 It’s replaced the rigid column structure of the traditional semi-submersible offshore platform with the adjustable pillar structure, using a hydraulic cylinder as the main member of adjustable column, design the cylinder size and external connection of the hydraulic cylinder which based on the platform for workload and the working conditions。 Next, in order to ensure the security of the platform in the maintenance and self-storage conditions, it designs a auxiliary support systems, which included an auxiliary supporting post and locking devices。The paper also design an hydraulic system to control the adjustable pillar structure, to reach the destination of the active heave compensation。
