The application of ERP system in financial system
Abstract ERP represents not only a information system,but also an advanced management theory and management thinking。The development of ERP system experienced multiple phases,and keep adjusting itself to adapt to the changing market environment。It plays a more and more important role in the financial management。This article introduced the basic connotation and development course of the ERP system,emphatically analyzed the superiority and defects in the application of ERP in financial management,It also probe into how to optimize the application of ERP system。Then we can draw the conclusion that there still a lot of defects in the application of ERP in financial management,Enterprise should improve it in both technical level and management level,in addition,considering it’s own characteristics。

ERP系统是一个蕴含着先进企业管理思想和现代信息技术运用成果的综合体。为推进我国生产力水平和企业管理水平的提高，进而加快我国的工业化进程，保证我国国民经济的可持续发展，就必须深刻学习，研究ERP在企业财务管理中的应用。目前我国许多企业对ERP认识尚不明确，ERP系统不仅是一种信息系统也是一种管理理论和管理思想，它综合利用企业的包括内，外部资源，为企业经营提供最优方案，最终达到其经营目标，由于这种管理思想必须依赖于信息系统的允许，人们常把ERP系统误解为仅仅是一种软件。随着信息技术的发展，ERP的理解与应用必将成为企业关注的重要课题。论文网
1 ERP系统相关概念与理论综述
1。1 ERP系统的含义
ERP即Enterprise Resource Planning(企业资源计划)的简写，它是在传统的制造资源计划(MRP-Ⅱ，Manufacturing Resource Planning-Ⅱ)的基础上扩展了管理范围，给出了新的结构，把客户需求和企业内部的业务活动以及供应商的制造资源组合在一起，体现了完全按用户需求制造的思想[1]。文献综述
