摘 要：在这个经济迅速发展的时代，无形资产的发展逐渐成为了必不可少的一部分，尤其是在高校人才济济的地方，无形资产的多少代表着本学校的软实力，代表着学校的强弱。因此，学校无形资产的作用越来越明显，但是由于无形资产的特殊性，随之而来的是它在管理中存在的一些问题，针对这些问题，本文提出了几个对策。就以江南大学为例，首先介绍了无形资产的概念、特点，介绍了江南大学以及其无形资产的种类，并将它与其它高校进行了对比，然后分析了江南大学在无形资产管理中存在的一些问题，包括：无形资产认识不充分；无形资产管理不健全；缺少无形资产准确的核算方法；无形资产流失严重；人力型无形资产管理不善等。最后根据这些问题提出了一些建议。85618

Abstract：In this era of rapid economic development, the development of intangible assets has become an indispensable part of, especially in the place of a galaxy of talents, intangible assets represents the soft power of the school, representing the school strength。 Therefore, more and more obvious effect of intangible assets of schools, but because of the particularity of intangible assets with it, the problems existed in the management of, to solve these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures。 It takes Jiangnan University as an example, firstly introduces the concept and characteristics of intangible assets, Jiangnan University is introduced and types of its intangible assets, and compared with other colleges and universities, and then analyzes some problems。 In the management of intangible assets in Jiangnan University includes: inadequate understanding of intangible assets; intangible assets management is not perfect; the lack of accurate accounting method of intangible assets; intangible The loss of assets is serious; the management of intangible assets, such as human resources, and so on。 Finally, some suggestions are put forward according to these problems。
