摘 要：在我党十八大之中，对科技型企业的发展给予了高度重视。通过实践也可以看出，科技型企业属于高新技术产业的关键组成，也是现代社会科技发展的关键支撑。文章选择对创业板科技型公司的年度财务报告的相关数据信息和财务报告摘要进行收集研究，具体分析他们在成长期的经营特点与财务特征，同时对上海天玑科技股份有限公司有关的财务数据进行具体计算分析，并结合财务战略矩阵理论对财务战略矩阵的实际应用进行了探索性研究，得出成长期的科技型企业在财务战略矩阵的第一象限，即属于增值型现金短缺的结论，也验证了财务战略矩阵在现实生活中的实践意义与价值。90724
