摘要:本论文以小蔓长春花为最终实验对象,对从玻璃温室采集的小蔓长春花中的长春胺的提取以及最终的含量测定等方面进行了实验,得到的最后结果为以下部分:
1.初步制订了小蔓长春花中长春胺的一般提取方法以及含量的测定。
2.本实验使用紫外分光光度计测定从玻璃温室采取的小蔓长春花中的长春胺的含量,首先确定紫外分光光度计测定长春胺的含量的条件:测定波长为280 nm,温度为室温约25摄氏度。得线性方程为Y=0.0026x +0.0398 (R^2=0.9992),从实验结果得出长春花中的长春胺在40ug/ml-200ug/ml浓度范围内于OD值呈现出良好的线性关系。
