摘要:为了利用半致死温度探讨栎子青冈的抗寒性和耐热性,本研究不同温度梯度下栎子青冈叶片和茎段组织电解质外渗率(REC)变化的方法,配合Logistic方程,测定其叶片和茎段的半致死温度,进行抗寒性和耐热性的讨论。结果表明,栎子青冈的叶片和茎段的高温半致死温度分别为40.9℃和49℃;叶片和茎段的低温半致死温度分别为-2.6℃和-18.2℃。研究结果可为人工引种栽培温度调控和潜在园林应用区域提供参考。21326 毕业论文关键词:栎子青冈;半致死温度;电解质外渗率;Logistic方程
Semi-lethal Temperatures ofCyclobalanopsis blakei (Skan) Schott
Abstract: In order to use the semi-lethal temperatures to investigate the cold and heat resistance of Cyclobalanopsis blakei (Skan) Schott,the electrolyte leakage rate (REC)of leaves and stems under series high and low temperatures were measured,and the data were fitted with Logistic equation, semi-lethal temperatures were calculated. The results showed thatsemi-lethalhightemperature of C. blakeileaves and stems was 40.9 ℃ and 49 ℃respectively; semi-lethal low temperatures of leaves and stemswere -2.6 ℃ and -18.2℃respectively. These results could be used as a reference for temperature control in artificial cultivation and the potential landscape application area.
