摘 要运动功能输出和执行的准确性取决于视觉神经环路的信息处理能力,但是,视觉刺激是否能改变视觉介导的动物行为以及其机制还不是很清楚。本项目使用爪蟾作为脊椎模式动物,探讨视觉刺激对蝌蚪行为可塑性的影响,并研究视觉中枢环路改变行为的可能机制。通过视觉刺激处理46期发育过程中的蝌蚪发现,记录蝌蚪在刺激后的逃避反应情况,并检测刺激后24,48小时的视觉逃避率,并使用组蛋白去乙酰酶抑制剂TSA处理蝌蚪,研究视觉刺激对蝌蚪行为变化影响的可能机制。结果发现,未经视觉刺激的对照组蝌蚪的视觉逃避率较稳定,无明显升高或降低趋势;4小时视觉刺激组的逃避率出现了显著升高,并能保持3天的上升趋势;而添加了TSA的视觉刺激实验组的蝌蚪逃避率有了明显下降。实验结果表明:视觉刺激会增加蝌蚪的视觉逃避行为,且这种影响可能与组蛋白乙酰化过程有关。88544
Abstract The accuracy of the motion function output and execution depends on the information processing capabilities of the visual neural circuit, but it is not clear whether the visual stimulus can change the visual behavior of the animal and the underlying mechanism is still not known。 We observed the effect of visual stimulation on the behavioral plasticity of tadpoles and investigated the possible mechanism of visual stimulation-mediated change of central neural circuit。 The behavior of tadpoles was recorded by visual stimulation during the development at stage 46。 The tadpoles were treated with visual stimulation for 4 hours and recorded behavior at the time of 0, 24, 48 hours after the stimulation。 We also recorded the behavior of the tadpoles treated with histone deacetylase inhibitor TSA。 The results showed that the visual ly-guided behavior of the tadpoles in the control group without visual stimulation was stable and no significant increase or decrease trend。 The escape rate of the 4-hour visual stimulation group increased significantly and maintained the trend of 3 days。 The TSA group had a significant decrease in the tadpole escape rate。 The experimental results show that visual stimulation increases the visual evasion behavior of tadpoles, and this effect may be related to histone acetylation process。
