摘要:[目的]选择醇溶性浸出物、绿原酸、咖啡酸、迷迭香酸、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、总黄酮的含量及抗氧化能力(DPPH自由基清除率、ABTS自由基清除率、铁离子还原能力)为连钱草的综合评价指标,通过主成分分析对不同产地连钱草的药用品质综合评价的研究,为连钱草的质量控制提供更全面、可靠的方法。[方法]检测15个产地连钱草样品中醇溶性浸出物、绿原酸、咖啡酸、迷迭香酸、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、总黄酮的含量及抗氧化能力(DPPH自由基清除率、ABTS自由基清除率、铁离子还原能力),对不同产地连钱草的药用品质进行了较全面的比较和分析,并运用主成分分析对不同产地连钱草进行综合评价,探究不同产地连钱草的药用品质。[结果]经主成分综合评分法评定,中部地区连钱草综合品质最佳,其次为东部地区连钱草植株,北方地区的连钱草综合品质最差。25660 毕业论文关键词:连钱草;不同产地;成分含量;抗氧化能力;质量评价
Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of Medicinal Quality of Different Producing Areas
Abstract:[Objective] Select the ethanol soluble extract, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, total flavonoids content and antioxidant capacity (DPPH radical scavenging, ABTS free radical scavenging rate, ferric reducing ability) for the comprehensive evaluation of G1echoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr. index, through the main research in different areas and medicinal quality comprehensive evaluation analysis to provide a more comprehensive and reliable method for quality control of G1echoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr.[Methods] Detect 15 areas even the ethanol soluble extractives, G1echoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr. samples of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, total flavonoids content and antioxidant capacity (DPPH radical scavenging, ABTS free radical scavenging rate, ferric reducing ability), even in different areas of medicine the quality of G1echoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr. are compared and analyzed comprehensively, and the use of principal component analysis in different areas of G1echoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr. comprehensive evaluation, explore the medicinal qualities of different origin of glechomalongituba. [Results] By the main component of the comprehensive score assessment,the comprehensive quality of G1echoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr. was the best in the middle area, followed by the eastern region of G1echoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr. , and the lowest quality of G1echoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr. in the North region.

不同产地连钱草的药用品质综合评价的研究
活血丹属唇形科植物,为多年生草本,通常具匍匐茎[1]。本属植物约8种,分布于欧亚大陆温带地区,我国约有6种,即白透骨消G. biondiana (Diels)C.Y.WuetC.Chen 分布于陕西、甘肃、河南、河北、四川;欧活血丹G. hederacea Linn. 分布于新疆一带;活血丹 G. longituba( Nakai) Kupr. 除西北外全国各地均有分布;大花活血丹 G. sinograndis C. Y. W u分布于云南 ;日本活血丹 G. grandis(A. Gray) Kupr. 分布于江苏和台湾;狭萼白透骨消 G. biondiana var. angustituba C.Y.Wu et C. Chen分布于河北、四川。其中,活血丹因具有利湿通淋、清热解毒、散瘀消肿之功效,常用于热淋、石淋、湿热黄疸等疾病的治疗[2],入药配方或作为中药制药的原料,其地上部分被药典收载为“连钱草”。连钱草尤以江苏产量大,质量优,为江苏产地道药材,习称为“苏金钱”。
