摘要:不结球白菜(Brassica rapa ssp. chinensis),芸薹属植物,是我国最重要的叶菜类蔬菜,也是人们喜爱的大众化蔬菜。本实验通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)对不同品种的不结球白菜叶片及叶柄中钾、钙、钠、镁、铁、锰、锌和铜的含量进行测定,并对试验所获得的数据进行了统计分析。结果表明:不结球白菜中钾的含量高于其他元素,NHCC-084和NHCC-070中钾、钙、钠、镁的含量较高,NHCC-016中铁、锰、锌的含量较高,且除了钙和镁以外,其他元素在叶和叶柄中的浓度均存在显著性差异。25678 毕业论文关键词:金属元素;不结球白菜;电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪;统计分析
Determination and analysis of primary metal elements in different cultivars of non-heading Chinese cabbage
Abstract:Non-heading Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp. chinensis)is a member of the genus Brassica. It is one of the most important leafy vegetables in Asia. It becomes more popular in the world. Metallic elements such as K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES) in different non-heading Chinese cabbage cultivars. The data obtained in this study was subjected to statistical analysis including independent sample 't' test and correlation analysis. The results showed that potassium had the highest concentrations in both leaf and leaf stalk of non-heading Chinese cabbage than any other elements in this study. Cultivar NHCC-084 and NHCC-070 had higher potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium contents than other cultivars. NHCC-016 had the higher iron, manganese, and zinc contents. In addition to calcium and magnesium, the concentrations of other elements in leaves and stalks were significantly different.
