摘要:本实验探究了解脂耶氏酵母(Yarrowia lipolytcia)利用低成本的油质原料大豆油联产赤藓糖醇和脂肪酶。为了进一步提高赤藓醇和脂肪酶的产量,我们对Y。 Lipolytcia发酵培养基及发酵条件进行了优化。结果发现与其他油性物质相比,大豆油更有利于赤藓糖醇和脂肪酶联产,其在联产发酵中的最适添加浓度为30。0 g/l。氮源优化结果表明,联产的最佳氮源为尿素,其最适浓度为4。0 g/l。发酵过程以氯化钠作为渗透压调节剂,在添加60。0 g/l氯化钠的发酵培养基中可以实现赤藓糖醇与脂肪酶的高效联产。在500 ml发酵瓶中分批发酵,在发酵的第72小时脂肪酶活力达到最大,为13。7 U/ml,赤藓糖醇浓度为17。4 g/l。该结果表明Y。 lipolytica利用大豆油联产赤藓糖醇和脂肪酶具有一定的工业生产潜力。94623

Abstract:In this study, we investigated the effects of Yarrowia lipolytcia on the co-production of erythritol and lipase from soybean oil with low cost。 In order to further improve the yield of erythritol and lipase, we optimized the fermentation medium and fermentation conditions of Y。 Lipolytcia。 It was found that soybean oil was more favorable for erythritol and lipase than other oily substances, and its optimum concentration in fermentation was 30。0 g/l。 The results showed that the optimum nitrogen source was urea, and its optimum concentration was 4。0 g/l。 Fermentation process with sodium chloride as osmotic pressure regulator, in the addition of 60。0 g/l sodium chloride fermentation medium can be achieved erythritol and lipase efficient co-production。 In the 500 ml fermentation bottle, the lipase activity reached the maximum at 13。7 U /ml and the erythritol concentration was 17。4 g/l。 The results indicate that Y。 Lipolytica utilizes soybean oil to co-production erythritol and lipase with certain industrial production potential。
