摘要:垩白是影响稻米的外观品质、加工品质、蒸煮和食品质的重要性状之一,最终决定了大米的市场价值。本研究利用293份测序的水稻自然群体进行垩白率测定并进行全基因组关联分析(GWAS),结果表明:基于700K SNPs 基因型数据的主成分分析发现293份材料主要可分为籼稻和粳稻;垩白率表型变异丰富,各群体垩白率在0-1内均有分布;相关性分析表明垩白率与千粒重、粒宽和灌浆期间温度呈正相关,与粒长和生育期呈负相关;而且,GWAS分析共检测到9个与籽粒垩白相关的SNPs位点,它们分布在6条不同的染色体上。这些位点经过分析和验证可以为水稻籽粒品质的分子改良提供资源。30492 毕业论文关键词:水稻;品质;垩白;相关性;全基因组关联分析
Genome-Wide Association Study of Grain Chalkiness in Rice

Abstract:Grain chalkiness is the improvement influence factor on grain appearance quality and milling quality, and these two kinds of quality are the main determinants of market value of rice. In this study, the evaluation of grain chalkiness and the genome-wide association analysis were conducted using 293 rice accessions. Results showed that the 293 accessions can be pided into indica and japonica by principal component analysis with 700K SNPs data. Chalkiness rate phenotypic variation is rich, the chalkiness rate of each group is distributed within 0-1. Correlation analysis showed that the grain chalkiness rate significantly and positively correlated with 1000-grain weight, grain width and temperature in milk period, and that the grainchalkiness significantly and negatively correlated with grain length and growth period. Moreover, nine SNPs associated with chalky were detected in GWAS analysis, which were distributed on 6 different chromosomes. These sites have could be analyzed and validated to provide resources for the molecular improvement of rice grain quality in the future.
