摘要:黄瓜是我国主要的设施栽培作物,而低温胁迫和盐胁迫是制约冬春季设施黄瓜生产的重要因素。大量研究表明,嫁接能够有效提高黄瓜对低温和盐胁迫抗性,而选择适宜的砧木则是嫁接栽培成功的关键。本实验采用国内外引进在黄瓜嫁接栽培中常用的15份南瓜砧木品种,对其发芽期和幼苗期进行低温、盐(NaCl)以及复合胁迫(低温+盐胁迫)处理,测定相关生长指标,并通过聚类分析,鉴定砧用南瓜对低温胁迫、盐胁迫及复合胁迫的抗性。结果表明,在发芽期和幼苗期,15份砧用南瓜品种对低温、盐及复合胁迫的抗性都可以分为抗性品种、中等抗性品种和敏感品种,大部分品种在发芽期和幼苗期的抗性水平不一致。复合抗性分析表明,品种‘宝尔’、‘昌砧铁龙’、‘大文10号’、‘大佐台木’、‘佳合台木’、‘昆仑’、‘根力神’、‘绿霸’、‘强力士’、‘神砧’、‘胜利’、‘黑籽南瓜’对复合胁迫的抗性较强,可作为冬春季设施黄瓜嫁接栽培的砧木,具有推广应用价值。30504 毕业论文关键词:砧用南瓜;低温胁迫;盐胁迫;复合胁迫;聚类分析
Study of Pumpkin Resistance to Chilling Stress and NaCl Stress for Selection of Rootstock Varieties
Abstract: Cucumber is the main facility of China's cultivation of crops, and low temperature stress and salt stress is an important factor restricting the production of cucumber in winter and spring facilities. A large number of studies have shown that grafting can effectively improve the resistance of cucumber to low temperature and salt stress, and the selection of suitable rootstock is the key to success of grafting. In this study, 15 kinds of pumpkin rootstocks commonly used in grafting of cucumber were introduced at home and abroad. The growth and development of low temperature, salt (NaCl) and compound stress (low temperature + salt stress) were studied. The resistance of anvil to low temperature stress, salt stress and compound stress was identified by cluster analysis. The results showed that the resistance of 15 kinds of cucumber cultivars to low temperature, salt and compound stress could be pided into resistant varieties, middle resistant varieties and sensitive varieties at the germination stage and seedling stage. Most of the cultivars were resistant to germination and Seedling resistance levels are inconsistent.The results showed that the varieties' Bao Er ',' Chang Zhentielong ',' Da Wei 10 ',' Da Zuotaimu ',' Jia Hetaimu ',' Kun Lun ',' Gen Lishen ',' Lv Ba ',' Qiang Lishi ',' Shen Zhan ',' Victory ',' Hei Zinangua 'have strong resistance to compound stress and can be used as a rootstock for grafting cucumber in winter and spring.
