摘要:本实验选用从仔猪肠道筛选获得的三株乳酸菌(L1、L2、L3)及实验室保存的芽孢杆菌(B1、B2、B3)和酵母菌(J1、J2),按照体积为3:5:1的比例组合制备复合菌,将其作为接种物(接种量8%)对以玉米与豆粕(3:1)为原料配制成的的混合料发酵,并比较了不同菌株组合对发酵后饲料中的乳酸菌数量、饲料pH和乳酸含量、常规养分以及挥发性脂肪酸浓度的影响。结果显示,发酵48h后,组合为L3、B2与J1进行组合的第五组和L3、B3与J2的第优尔组合发酵饲料中的乳酸菌数量显著高于其他组(P<0.05);第五组合的pH显著低于其他组(P<0.05);乳酸含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05);发酵后各组饲料的常规养分测定结果差异不显著(P>0.05),复合菌发酵对第五组合粗蛋白和粗脂肪有显著影响(P<0.05);总挥发性脂肪酸含量第五组和第优尔组显著高于其他组合(P<0.05)。结果说明,当前条件下的最佳发酵配伍为L3、B2与J1的菌株组合。30509

Evaluation of the probiotics used to ferment feed
Abstract:In this study,three strain of lactobacillus(L1,L2,L3) screened from the gut of piglets and bacillus(B1,B2,B3),accharomycetes(J1,J2)preserved in our lab were used to make compound probotics in the proportion 3:5:1 of volume.We used the compound probiotics to ferment feed,the feed was made up of corn and soybean at a rate of 3:1.The counts of lactic acid bacteria,pH,concentration of lactic acid,nutrient and volatile fatty acid were compared and analyzed.Group 5 was combined with L3,B2 and J1;group 6 was combined with L3,B3 and J2.After fermented for 48h,the results show that the counts of lactic acid bacteria in group 5 and group 6 were significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05).In group 5, the pH was lower than other groups significantly (P<0.05),but the concentration of lactic acid was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05),After fermentation the nutrient comparisons were not significant ,but there are significant influence on crude protein and crude fat (P<0.05).the total volatile fatty acid in group 5 and group 6 were significantly higher than others (P<0.05).Results show that,at present environment the best fermented combination was L3,B2 and J1.
