摘要:采用光合仪(CI-340)对羽衣甘蓝(Brassica Oleracea var. acephala f. tricolor)、三色堇(Viola tricolor L.)和紫罗兰(Matthiola incana (Linn.) R. Br.)无光照条件下的暗呼吸作用进行测量,同时采用分光光度计(型号)测量了植物叶片呼吸底物中糖、淀粉的含量,利用凯氏定氮仪(型号)检测出氮的含量。对数据进行方差分析的结果表明,温度对植物叶片的呼吸速率的影响显著(F>1,P<0.05 ),温度升高时,呼吸速率明显升高;同时糖含量较多时,呼吸速率较低,淀粉及氮含量则与呼吸速率呈正相关;在三种草本植物各自的呼吸底物含量不同的条件下,各自的呼吸作用对温度的响应速度及敏感程度也不同,三种植物的呼吸速率呈如下比较:羽衣甘蓝>紫罗兰>三色堇 。5673

The Comparative Study of Leaf Respiration and Carbon or Nitrogen Contents among the Three Herbaceous Plants
Abstract:Photosynthesis system (CI-340) was used to investigated the relationship between air temperature and respiration of three herbaceous plants(kale , pansy and violet)without illumination condition. In the laboratory , we try to research the relationship between respiration rate and plant leaves respiration substrate in sugar, faecula and nitrogen contents. The result showed that at higher air temperature ,leaves of the respiration rate increased significantly(F>1,P<0.05 ).And when the sugar contents in leaves at higher level, one of the three herbaceous plants leave respiration rate was lower than other two herbaceous plants, at the same time, the total nitrogen contents was also lower than other two herbaceous plants’s.
