摘要: 研究两广唇柱苣苔的扦插繁殖和半致死温度,通过不同叶插方式的对比实验讨论得出两广唇柱苣苔叶插繁殖成活率很高,不同生长素的使用对于两广唇柱苣苔的扦插繁殖影响不大,相较而言NAA稍有效于IBA;比较不同叶插方式对两广唇柱苣苔的繁殖效果,两段式叶插相较全叶及三段式繁殖效率较高。在对于两广唇柱苣苔半致死温度的研究中,其电解质渗出率在处理温度升至40℃-45℃,以及降至5℃-0℃左右开始急剧增加,可确定此为两广唇柱苣苔的临界温度,细胞膜在此温度范围内受到伤害而导致透性增强,即离子渗透增强,植物响应主动运输机制,同时观察电解质渗出率曲线随着处理温度的升高呈现 “S”型,Logistic方程拟合决定系数较高,经计算,两广唇柱苣苔叶片的高温半致死温度42.5℃、低温半致死温度为3.34℃。36592 毕业论文关键词: 两广唇柱苣苔;扦插繁殖;半致死温度;电解质渗出率;叶绿素荧光
Cutting propagation and Semi-lethal temperature of Chirita sinensis
Abstract: Studing cutting propagation and semi-lethal temperature of Chirita sinensis by contrast experiment,the result shows that the efficiency of cutting survival rate of Chirita sinensis is high,and growth hormone have obvious influence on it.By contras,Auxin NAA is more effective than Auxin IBA.Comparing different leaf cutting ways to propagate proves that two-stages leaf cutting is efficient.Studing emi-lethal temperature of Chirita sinensis proves that the electrolyte permeability rapidly increased at sudden loading operation when temperature is above 40℃ to 45℃ and drops to 5℃-0℃,the critical temperature can be determined.Membrane is hurted in those temperature range and it makes permeability increased,as investigation of Ions is enhanced,plant have transport mechanisms response.Electrolyte permeability presentes the "S" type curve as the temperature increases, it has high degree of fitting between electrolyte permeability and Logistic equation.According to the calculation,semi-lethal temperature of Chirita sinensis is 42.5℃ and 3.34℃.
