摘要:大豆是一种重要的植物蛋白来源,但其含硫氨基酸含量较低。随着生产、生活的需要,提高大豆含硫氨基酸含量成为育种家的重点目标之一。本试验以科丰1号与南农1138-2为亲本构建的184个重组自交家系为试验材料,利用近红外光谱技术对该群体半胱氨酸、甲硫氨酸、总含硫氨基酸和总蛋白含量进行测定并进行QTL定位分析。检测到与半胱氨酸、甲硫氨酸、总含硫氨基酸和总蛋白含量相关的QTL分别为4、3、7和4个。其中,位于20号染色体上satt440-satt102区段有可能存在着与大豆含硫氨基酸含量相关的调控基因。日后可开展进一步的研究,为进行分子标记辅助育种及QTL精细定位、克隆相关基因提供参考。37297 毕业论文关键词:大豆;含硫氨基酸;QTL分析
QTL Mapping for Sulfur Containing Amino Acids Content in Soybean (Glycine max L. Merr.)
Abstract:Soybean is an important source of vegetable protein,but its sulfur-containing amino acids concentration is poor. Because of the development of people’s life and requirement from industry, improving the sulfur containing amino acids has been a vital objective in soybean breeding program. The recombinant inbred lines (RIL population) containing 184 lines which derived from a cross of Kefeng 1 and Nannong 1138-2 was used as the experimental material. In this experiment, we use Near-Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIRS) to detect the content of cysteine (Cys), Methionine (Met), sulfur containing amino acids, protein in the RIL population and then identify quantitative trait loci associated with thses traits. There are 4, 3, 7 and 4 QTLs associating with Cys , Met, sulfur containing amino acids and protein, respectively. The QTLs between the marker interval satt440-satt102 on chromosome 20 maybe have a high probability level associated with sulfur containing amino acids in soybean. These results provide the foundation for molecular marker assisted breeding, fine mapping and gene clone.
