摘要:本实验论文采用单因素实验的方法,分别考察了矿石粒度、矿浆含量、接种量及pH值对矿山遗留的废石的摇瓶浸出过程的影响,结果表明:粒度对矿山遗留的废石的酸耗和亚铁氧化率的影响很大,对矿石的浸出率影响较为显著;矿浆含量对酸耗的影响大,对浸出率以及细菌生长、亚铁氧化率的影响不显著;pH值对亚铁氧化率的影响显著,对浸出率的影响较大,对细菌生长情况的影响很大;在接种初期,接种量对酸耗与亚铁氧化率都有影响,2d后接种量的影响消失;矿山开采遗留的废石的最优工艺条件为:粒度<100目,矿浆含量5%,接种量5%,pH1.0 。6347

The study of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans bioleaching Process
Abstract: In this study, single factor experiment method were be used to investigated ore particle size, slurry concentration, inoculum and pH on mine waste rock left over from the shake flask leaching process, the results showed that: the legacy of particle size on mine waste rock acid consumption and the rate of oxidation of ferrous great influence on the leaching rate of ore more significant; pulp content of the acid consumption impact, as well as on the leaching rate of bacterial growth, the rate of oxidation of ferrous not significant; pH value on the oxidation of ferrous significantly affected the rate of leaching rate greater impact on the growth of bacteria great impact; initial vaccination, inoculation and ferrous oxide to acid consumption rate has an impact, 2d effect disappeared after inoculation; mining legacy waste rock optimal process conditions: particle size <100 mesh pulp content of 5%, inoculum 5%, pH1.0.
