摘 要:采用超声波辅助萃取法提取保鲜膜中邻苯二甲酸酯类,在单因素试验的基础上利用方差分析确定影响保鲜膜中邻苯二甲酸酯类提取的主要因素为超声时间、物料比和乙醇体积分数。然后采用Box-Behnken响应面试验优化邻苯二甲酸酯类提取工艺条件参数。试验表明,保鲜膜中邻苯二甲酸酯类提取的最佳条件为:超声时间37.26min、物料比1:21.31、乙醇体积分数100%,在此条件下邻苯二甲酸酯类预测提取量为2.264mg/g,实际提取量为2.273mg/g。40453 毕业论文关键词:保鲜膜;超声波提取;邻苯二甲酸酯类;响应面设计

Abstract: Response surface methodology was used to optimize the ultrasonic- assisted
extraction of phthalate esters(PAEs) from plastic wrap. The extraction efficiency of PAEs was investigated with respect to extraction time, liquid-to-solid ratio, ethanol concentration. response surface equation was fitted indicating the effect of extraction time, liquid-to-solid ratio and ethanol concentration on the extraction efficiency of PAEs. The optimal extraction conditions were determined as 37.26 min, 1:21.31 (g/mL) and 100%. Under these conditions, the forecast amount of extract was 2.264mg/g, the actual amount of extract was 2.273mg/g.
