摘要:玫瑰孢链霉菌的代谢产物—达托霉素是目前使用率最高的一种的抗生素。病原菌对抗生素产生抗药性是全球医药界面临的严峻的挑战,而寻找能有效抑制抗药菌的抗生素是解决这一问题的根本途径。本实验首先对出发菌株生态学特性进行考察,再利用紫外诱变及效价测定法测定致死率和筛选达托霉素高产菌株,并通过与标准品达托霉素效价的标准曲线对比,测出高产菌株的产量,通过多次效价测定确定其稳定性。本实验最后筛选得到高产菌株DZ-0,其效价达到300mg/l,较原始菌株提高50%。57436

Abstract:The Secondary metabolites of Streptomyces roseosporus - Daptomycin is one of the highest rates of antibiotic present. Bacteria resistant to antibiotics are serious challenges facing the global pharmaceutical industry, and to find effective suppression of antibiotic resistant bacteria is the fundamental way to solve this problem. In this study, the first ecological characteristics of the original strain inspect, re-use UV and potency assay daptomycin mortality and screening high-yield strains, and with the standard daptomycin potency standard curve comparison, High Yield measured strains were measured to determine its stability through multiple potency. In this study, high-yield strains screened last DZ-0, the titer reached 300mg / l, 50% higher than the original strain.
