摘要水体中氮含量过多容易造成水体富营养化。活性污泥法是使用最广泛的处理含氮有机废水的生物方法之一。但是传统的活性污泥法不易满足日益提高的环保要求。本课题研究了一种复合菌剂在SBR反应器中对污水中有机物的降解能力。通过比较普通活性污泥、添加复合细菌的活性污泥的有机物降解能力,发现二者的COD和氮去除率相近。测定发现复合菌没有明显的促进脱氮作用效果。进一步测定纯种复合菌污泥的硝化效果,否定了活性污泥系统微生物抑制复合菌的假设。探究碳氮比对脱效率的影响。通过试验初步探索了硝化作用的机理,证实了加菌污泥硝化作用采用传统途径。关键词 生物脱氮 复合菌剂 活性污泥毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要9162
Title Nitrogen removal performance of composite bacterial
Abstract
Excessive nitrogen may cause eutrophication. Activated sludge process is one of the most widely used biological treatments of wastewaters containing carbon and nitrogen pollutants. However, traditional activated sludge process is difficult to meet the demand of improving environmental protection. This study showed nitrogen removal performance of composite bacterial in SBR reactor. Two kinds of sludge were compared, the conventional activated sludge, adding activated sludge activated sludge, nitrogen removal efficiency. the results show that the composite bacterial sludge’s degradation of the organic compound is similar with residual sludge. Furthermore,the study of and composite bacterial organic compound shows that the microbe does not restrain the composite bacterial. C/N has an influence on the efficient of nitrogen removal of adding activated sludge activated sludge. At the same time through the experiment of the composite bacterial to explored its mechanism of nitrogen removal is not different from traditional.
