摘 要:本实验利用超声-微波协同萃取法提取枸杞叶片中的多糖,多糖具有很高的研究价值,并且具有多种药理作用,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等作用。所以本实验目的是确定最合适的多糖提取方案。在试验中通过单因素和正交试验来确定最优的提取功率、最优的提取时间和最优的提取料液比。采用蒽酮-硫酸法来计算多糖的含量。试验结果表明,本实验最合适的提取条件是料液比1:15,提取功率70W,提取时间为30min,在这个组合下具有最好的提取效果,多糖的提取率为13.373%。71520

Abstract: The polysaccharides of lycium sprouts were extracted by the means of ultrasonic-microwave assisted in this experiment. There were a plenty of researching value in polysaccharides, as well as its pharmacological effects on immune regulation, anti-tumor and anti-aging. Therefore, it was the purpose of this experiment that lied in determining the most appropriate solution how to extract the polysaccharides. The most optimal extraction power, extraction time and extraction solid-liquid ratio were confirmed by a single factor and orthogonal experiments in this experiment. The content of the polysaccharides were calculated by the method of anthrone-sulphuric acid colorimetry. The results showed that the combination which was consisted of 1:15 extraction solid-liquid ratio, 70W extraction power and 30 min extraction time was the most appropriate extraction condition which could extract more polysaccharides, The extraction rate of polysaccharides was 13.373%.

1 前言
1.1 多糖
多糖(polysaccharide)是可以用化学式(C6H10O5)n表示。它没有还原性,不可以变成结晶,它可以水解。在概念上,一样的单糖构成的多糖叫做同多糖,比如我们生活中常见的淀粉和纤维素等。
多糖是一类聚合物,它普遍存在自然界中。它的含量在自然界中很高,科学证明多糖拥有很多作用,譬如: 提高免疫、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗病毒、抗血糖、抗凝血等,并且对机体的副作用少[1-3]。所以因为多糖的多种展现出来的功能和作用引起了全世界的生物学家的兴趣,并且认为研究多糖是生命科学前沿的领域,多糖的研究前景是非常好的。论文网
