摘要体外模型实验研究了芹菜素对 α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性,结果表明,芹菜素的抑 制活性呈浓度效应,芹菜素浓度为 25 μg/mL 时,抑制率为 45。7%,IC50 值为 26。3 μg/mL, 与阳性对照阿卡波糖的抑制率相当。考察不同金属离子对 α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。 结果表明,Cu2+、Zn2+、Mn2+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Fe3+对 α-葡萄糖苷酶均具有较好的抑制 作用,IC50 值分别为 92。8 μmol/L、107。4 μmol/L、273。2 μmol/L、422 μmol/L、327。2 μmol/L、216。4 μmol/L。进一步考察上述金属离子与芹菜素的协同抑制活性。结果显 示:芹菜素浓度为 1 μg/mL 时,随着 Cu2+浓度的增加,抑制率先上升后下降,Cu2+浓 度为 140 μmol/L,抑制率为 69。6%。芹菜素浓度为 4 μg/mL 时,随着 Zn2+浓度的增加, 抑制率先上升后下降,Zn2+浓度为 70 μmol/L,抑制率为 51%。芹菜素浓度为 2。5 μg/mL 时,随着 Fe3+浓度的增加,抑制率呈线性上升,Fe3+的浓度为 33 μmol/L,抑制率为 55。5%。芹菜素浓度为 15 μg/mL 时,随着 Mn2+浓度的增加,抑制率呈线性上升,Mn2+ 浓度为 125 μmol/L,抑制率为 40。4%。芹菜素浓度为 0。9 μg/mL 时,随着 Ca2+浓度的 增加,抑制率呈线性上升,Ca2+浓度为 35 μmol/L,抑制率为 51。4%。芹菜素浓度 2。5 μg/mL 时,随着 Mg2+浓度的增加,抑制率先上升后下降,Mg2+浓度为 80 μmol/L,抑 制率为 52。6%。80970
