摘要:土壤酸化会减少物种多样性,使植物群落结构发生变化。本文主要研究土壤酸化对青藏高原高寒草甸植物群落结构和六个优势植物物种叶片化学计量特征的影响。实验在青藏高原东部开展,并且以添加硫酸的方式模拟土壤酸化。我们发现,土壤酸化对高寒草甸群落结构产生影响,主要表现为由对照组以禾本科、莎草科、菊科和毛茛科均匀构成的群落变成以禾本科和莎草科植物为优势的群落。土壤酸化对禾草状(禾本科和莎草科)物种丰富度没有影响,而杂草物种丰富度显著性降低。土壤酸化对六种植物叶片碳(C)浓度没有影响;显著增加了莎草科(嵩草)、菊科(瑞苓草)和毛茛科(草玉梅)植物叶片氮(N)浓度,但对禾本科(垂穗披碱草和异针茅)和豆科(披针叶黄华)的叶片氮(N)浓度没有显著性的影响;植物叶片磷(P)浓度只有草玉梅有显著性变化。这些结果表明土壤酸化会改变高寒草甸植物群落结构以及叶片化学计量特征,让我们更好的认识青藏高原高寒草甸对全球变化的响应。82398

Responses of plant community composition and foliar stoichiometry to soil acidification in the Tibetan Plateau
Abstract:Soil acidification can cause plant persity loss and change plant community structure。 In our paper, we studied how plant community structure and the stoichiometric characteristics of six dominant species response to soil acidification。 The experiment was conducted in the eastern Tibet Plateau, which added sulphuric acid to simulate soil acidification。 We found that soil acidification can affect the plant community structure。 Specifically, the plant community structure in the control group consisting of Gramineae, Cyperaceae, Compositae and Ranunculaceae transformed to Gramineae and Cyperaceae under soil acidification。 The species richness of Graminoids (Gramineae and Cyperaceae) did not change, but forbs had significantly reduction with soil acidification。 Soil acidification had no effect on leaf C concentration of six species。 The leaf N concentration of Cyperaceae (Kobresia myosuroides)、 Compositae (Saussurea nigrescens) and Ranunculaceae (Anemone rivularis) increased significantly, but not change in Gramineae (Elymus nutans and Stipa aliena) and Leguminosae (Thermopsis lanceolata)。 As to leaf P concentration,only Anemone rivularis had significant difference。 These results indicated that soil acidification can influence plant community structure and leaf stoichiometry, which can improve our understanding of alpine meadow response to global change in Tibet Plateau。
