摘要目的:了解调查舟山市居民食品安全认知与相关行为现状,探讨其主要影响因素,为开展食品安全健康教育和行为干预提出有效途径。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,采取分层随机抽样方法,对舟山市4个区县的971名居民进行调查。采用χ2检验对居民食品安全关注度进行比较;采用非参数检验比较居民食品安全知识及相关行为得分的差异;运用logistic回归分析主要影响因素。结果:本次调查共发放问卷1000份,回收有效问卷971份,有效回收率为97。1%。1。96。6%的居民对食品安全表示关注,但只有45。5%的居民对所在地食品安全感到满意,影响因素包括:年龄、家庭月收入和食品安全遭遇(P<0。05)。2。居民食品安全知识知晓程度较低,文化程度和食品安全信息来源是主要影响因素(P<0。05)。3。居民购买、食用与处理食品行为良好,食品安全关注程度和食品安全意识的自我评价是主要影响因素(P<0。05)。但居民的主动维权意识低,只有15。4%的居民遇到食品安全问题时会向有关部门投诉。结论:居民非常重视食品安全,但居民食品安全知识整体水平较低,居民有良好的消费与食用处理行为,但维权意识低。建议:立足重点教育人群,普及食品安全知识;呼吁居民投诉违法,提高处理举报效率;建立行业诚信档案,加强企业自律管理。88483

Abstract Objective: To investigate food safety cognition and related behavior of residents in Zhoushan City, and analyze its main factors, as to put forward effective ways for carring out food safety education and behavior intervention。 

Method: By taking stratified random sampling method, 971 residents from four districts and counties in Zhoushan were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire。 chi-square test was used to compare the degree of concern on food safety of residents ; nonparametric test was used to compare the food safety cognition and related behavior score of residents ; and the main factors were analyzed by logistic regression。

Results: The survey gave out about 1000 questionnaires, and collected 971 effective questionnairies, the effective collecting rate was 97。1%。

1。Most residents (96。6%) concerned about food safety, however,only 45。5%of residents were satisfied with food safety in the city。 Their age, family monthly income and food safety problems experience affect the degree concern on food safety (P<0。05).

2。 The level of knowledge about food safety is low, the logistic regression analysis showed that cultural level and source of food safety information were the main factors(P<0。05)。

3。 Residents have scientific consumption,eating and food processing behavior, the degree concern on food safety and self-evaluation of food safety awareness were the main factors (P<0。05) 。 However, there rights awareness of residents was low, only 15。4% of residents will complain to the relevant departments when they encountered food safety problems。

Conclusion: Residents attach great importance to food safety, but the residents had low level of knowledge about food safety。 Residents have scientific consumption, eating and food processing behavior, but the rights awareness was low。 Suggestion:focus on object crowd,popularize food safety knowledge by various channels; call on residents to complain illegal behavior, improve the efficiency of processing reports; establish credit files , strengthen enterprise self-discipline management。
