摘要肠道微生物在食物的分解消化,营养的吸收利用过程中起着重要的作用。本文研究了徐州绿润养殖合作社的中国荷斯坦奶牛,通过采集直肠粘膜粪便获得其肠道微生物样本,提取微生物宏基因组后进行PCR扩增,采用高通量测序后,对得到序列进行生物信息学分析技术全面地解析了肠道细菌的群落结构和种群相对数量。结果表明:中国荷斯坦奶牛肠道细菌共包括14个门,其中优势的门主要有厚壁菌门(Firmicutes),拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes),变形菌门(Proteobacteria),相对数量分别为59。0%,31。1%和 6。2%。在属水平上有82个属,主要是不可培养菌,其中优势属主要有Solibacillus,拟杆菌属(Bacteroides),不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter),相对数量分别为19。7%,6。1%和5。3%。研究结果为中国荷斯坦奶牛的消化系统疾病预防与牛奶品质及产量的研究提供了理论参考。72218

Study of bacterial community structure of China holstein cows
Abstract Intestinal microbes plays an important role in the process of food digestion and the absorption of nutrition。 In order to study the intestinal bacteria community structure of Chinese Holstein cows from XuZhou LvRun farming cooperatives, the intestinal microbial species and the quantity of China Holstein cows were studied by high throughput sequencing based on rumen metagenome。 The results showed that Holstein cows rumen bacteria totally includes 14 phyla and 82 genuses, most of them were uncultured。 Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria as the dominant phylum, were found with percentages of 59。0% ,31。1%, 6。2%, respectively。 and Solibacillus, Bacteroides and Acinetobacter, as the dominant genus, were found with percentages of 19。7%, 6。1%, 5。3%。 The research results provide a theoretical reference for the prevention of Chinese holstein cows digestive system diseases and the research on milk quality and production。
