摘要本文对苏果超市的配送系统进行分析，发现其存在采购成本高、直流比重低等问题。为解决这一问题，以沛县苏果超市为例，制定沛县龙固镇果园村到当地17家苏果超市的配送路线。利用GIS中的网络分析,制作OD矩阵，得到配送中心到配送点以及各配送点之间的距离，采用节约里程法制定合理的路线。节约法的使用，不仅可以降低企业运输成本，同时对于缓解交通拥挤、降低环境污染等社会问题有着巨大作用。再者，也为像苏果一样的连锁超市的配送系统的改进做了示范。71139

Study on optimization of distribution route based on GIS——A case of Suguo Supermarket in Peixian county

Abstract In this paper, through analyzing the distribution system of the Suguo Supermarket, we unveiled the existing problems like high cost of purchase, low proportion of direct distribution and so on. To solve these problems, we take the Suguo Supermarket as example and make the distribution routes between the Longgu Town and the seventeen Suguo Supermarkets in Peixian County. We use the network analysis in GIS to make OD matrix and the distance between distribution center and distribution sites or distance between two distribution sites. Then according the data above, we can use the saving algorithm to make rational distribution route. The use of saving algorithm is not only reducing the cost of transportation of the enterprises, but also playing a great role in easing the traffic jam、  reducing environment pollution and so on. At the same time,the case is also making an example for other chain supermarkets in modifying the system of distribution.
