摘    要本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对杭州市ikid少儿体适能经营现状展开调查研究，主要从经营规模、人力资源、收费情况、场地设施与家长重视程度开展调查，在调查中发现家长们并不了解青少年体适能的概念和机构，在经营上处于很大的劣势，市场营销手段单一，家长意识的不重视，教练员流动性大、教学内容单一，青少年体适能发展的局限性大，学生的兴趣减退的问题。提出了转变经营手段，加强市场宣传的力度，加强对教练的培养，增加与家长的沟通，合理安排时间，保证训练的次数。从而进一步促进杭州市青少年体适能培训机构更加完善的发展。89649
