摘要:为探究不同强度健美操运动对大学生心肺功能的影响,揭示健美操运动促进人体有氧能力提高的生理机制,为高校健美操教学选择适宜训练强度提供理论依据,本课题运用实验法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,选取学院体育学院健美操专项班的学生共24人分为实验组和对照组,以不同强度训练2个月,采用意大利PFT/Ergo型号的心肺功能测试仪跟踪监测相关指标数据,对照分析实验前后数据结果,得出结论并提出针对性建议。实验结果表明:健美操运动主要对人体呼吸系统、循环系统以及心肺功能等方面有显著促进效果。根据实验结果数据显示:无氧阈强度下的健美操运动能更大程度的改善心率、最大摄氧量、最大通气量等心肺功能指标,;在不同性别对比方面,男性在实验后心率值和最大通气量值提高程度大于女性,但最大摄氧量和无氧阈值提高程度小于女性。91724

Abstract: To explore the different impacts of different aerobic intensity on college students' cardiopulmonary function, revealing the aerobics movement to promote the human physiological mechanisms of aerobic capacity, giving advice to the aerobic teaching in Colleges and providing a theoretical basis for the selection of appropriate training intensity, this thesis uses the methods of experimental research, literature, mathematical statistics, logic analysis etc。 24 students of Huaiyin Normal University Sports Academy aerobics class were pided into experimental group and control group with 2 months of different intensity training, using cardiopulmonary function test instrument of Italy PFT/Ergo model to track data for monitoring training process。 Compare statistics before and after the experiment, then draw the conclusions and proposes some pertinent advice。 The experimental results show that aerobic exercise can improve the respiratory system, heart and lung function and decrease body fat rate。 According to the results of experiment which show that: the anaerobic threshold intensity of aerobics can improve heart rate, maximal oxygen uptake and ventilation in cardiopulmonary function to a greater degree, through that the ability of aerobic metabolism can also be improved; In terms of gender, girls’ heart and lung function index after the experiment is greatly improved when comparing with boys。
