摘要:智能仓储系统是指根据仓库出现的状况或者管理员的命令,自组织性的操作机械做出相对应操作的一个系统,而数据采集终端是智能仓储系统获取仓储系统获取环境信息关键手段,数据采集终端性能的优劣直接关系的智能仓储系统的性能。
本文主要讨论了针对仓库的数据采集终端的研究过程,所实现的系统以NXP半导体公司的微处理器芯片LPC11C14作为本次设计的微处理器。在软件方面,它采用了轮询的设计思路,借助OLED屏、数据采集模块、ZigBee通信模块以及报警模块,将该终端所处的仓库周围光照、温湿度、电池电量、三轴信息等环境信息进行实时采集,然后由主控芯片对采集的数据进行显示、打包、发送,最后接收服务器的命令,根据对应的命令通过终端上的外设调整仓库环境或者进行报警。
系统测试结果表明,这种实时的数据采集终端能够智能监控仓库周边环境信息以及发现异常后报警的功能,提高了仓库的安全性、可靠性。

The system test results show that this real-time data acquisition terminal can intelligently monitor the surrounding environment of the warehouse and find out the function of abnormal alarm, and improve the security and reliability of the warehouse.
