中文摘要在许多光电系统或者仪器中,需要对二文平面内的光场特征参数分布进行测量,如国防中的军事目标的光学特性研究,就需要对平面内的散射光场分布进行测量。传统的仪器手工逐点测量,没有很高的位置分辨能力。本项目的研究目的就是设计一个能够精确自动控制的步进光学测试平台,来解决这一问题 。 本论文主要介绍了基于单片机的步进光学测试平台,首先设计了光电检测系统能探测微弱信号,经过滤波、放大后进行A/D转换。同时利用51系列单片机AT89C52为核心设计了步进电机的控制系统,用C语言编写出电机的正转、反转、停止程序,通过单片机、电机的驱动芯片ULN2003以及相应的按键实现以上功能。该控制系统能够实现对二文平面内待检测点进行扫描和精确定位并且通过LCD1602显示出待测点位置以及测量结果。本设计已经通过 Proteus 软件实验仿真、调试,能够运行稳定,实现了所要求的功能。6470

Title The stepper optical test platform control technology Based on Micro control unit (MCU)
Abstract
In many optical systems or equipment, the characteristic parameters of the
distribution of light field in the two-dimensional plane need to be measured, such as
the optical properties of military targets in the defense , the plane of the scattered light
field distribution need to be measured. Traditional instruments to manually point by
point measurements, do not have a very high position resolution. A precise automatic
control of the stepper optical test platform is designed in this project, to solve this
problem.
A stepper optical test platform based on MCU is introduced in this paper. First
photoelectric detection system is designed to detect weak signals, this signal after
filtering, amplication to A/D conversion. The control system of stepper motor based
on 51 series AT89C52 microcontroller, the stepper motor forward ,reverse, stop
program is written in C languague and to achieve the above functions by MCU, motor
driver chip ULN2003 and the corresponding buttons. To be detected points in the
two-dimensional plane are scanned and procise positioned by this control system,
and the location and the measurement results of the test points are displayed by LCD
1602. This design has passed the Proteus software experiment simulation, debugging,
stable operation, to achieve the required functions.
