本文基于WiFi技术与Android系统的智能手机,设计出一套无线参数装定系统。选用STM32单片机和ESP8266WiFi模块,搭建了一个实现参数装定的模拟检测器,用于模拟蚕茧雌雄检测器的参数装定;在人机交互(智能手机)端,设计了Android平台的参数装定应用程序,软件用户界面综合了线性布局、表格布局和相对布局的方式,整体风格简约易于操作使用;在(模拟)检测器端,将WiFi模块配置为TCP服务器,供多部手机连接,单片机程序采用了中断串口接收的方式接收数据,使用strtok函数对数据字符串进行操作提取参数,并将参数在LCD屏上显示,完成了参数的装定。最后给出了参数装定系统的功能验证图。

Title Design of parameter setting system based on Wi-Fi and smartphone
Abstract
Many micro and small detecting apparatus (systems) are possible to set working parameters (or to do man-machine interactive operation) according to the requirements of the detection tasks. But due to the space, cost as well as the safety, it is not convenient to equip dedicated human-computer interactive device. Therefore, a proper solution is required.
Based on the Wireless Fidelity and Android smart phones, the paper attempts to design a set of parameter setting system controlled by Wi-Fi. With STM32 single chip microcomputer (SCM) and ESP8266 module, an analog detector which achieves parameter setting is set up and will be used to simulate the parameter setting of male and female cocoon detector. On the side of man-machine interaction (smart phone), a parameter setting application on Android platform is designed. The user interface is composed of linear layout, table layout and relative layout, which is clear, simple and quite easy for people to use. On the side of the (analog) detector, the Wi-Fi module is set to be TCP server so that many phones are able to connect with. The single chip microcomputer receives data by interrupt receiving through the serial port. In addition, it operates on the data strings by strtok function to extract parameters and displays the parameters on the LCD screen. Then the parameter setting is completed. At last, the functional verification map of the parameter setting system is given.
