摘要本文目的是设计出一款能够满足基本测量需求的小型混合信号示波器,该示波器特点为液晶显示,小巧且重量轻,按键较少方便操作使用。使用者能在LCD液晶上观测到被测对象的波形和频率。本设计以单片机C8051F120为系统核心,利用单片机完成数据处理和对系统主要器件的控制。并采用液晶屏显示,提供了良好的用户界面,实现了小型化和便携化。60239
本设计主要完成工作如下:研究了混合信号示波器原理,并提出了基于MCU主控的硬件实现方案。设计了双通道数据采集电路,电源电路, A/D转换电路,波形整形和测频电路等电路。设计了MCU与LCD显示模块、键盘等接口电路
初步设计了硬件电路的PCB印刷电路板和系统软件流程图。

Title The hardware circuit design of Mixed Signal Oscilloscope
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to design a small Mixed Signal Oscilloscope which can meet the basic need of measurement. This oscilloscope is characterized LCD display, compact and light weight, easy operation using with fewer keys. Users can observe measured object waveforms and frequencies on the LCD display. This design use C8051F120 as microcontroller core, using MCU does some data processing and control the main components of the system. And the use of LCD display, providing a good user interface, to achieve the miniaturization and portability.
My main job done as follows: The principle of Mixed Signal Oscilloscope was been studied and proposed a hardware implementation based on the MCU master scheme. A dual-channel data acquisition circuit, a power supply circuit, an A/D conversion circuit, a waveform shaping circuit and a frequency measurement circuit were been designed. MCU with LCD display module, keyboard interface circuit were been designed. And preliminary design of PCB and system software flow chart.
