摘要光谱仪数据分析是光谱仪的核心,其主要难点是解决光谱干扰问题,该课题旨在分析常见处理算法基础上,提出新的处理方法,提高光谱仪测试精度。

众所周知,原子发射光谱分析所采用的原理是用电弧(或火花)的高温使样品中各元素从固态直接气化并被激发而发射出各元素的特征波长,用光栅分光后,成为按波长排列的“光谱”,这些元素的特征光谱线通过出射狭缝,射入各自的光电倍增管,光信号变成电信号,经仪器的控制测量系统将电信号积分并进行模/数转换,然后由计算机处理,并打印出各元素的百分含量。该课题旨在分析常见处理算法基础上,提出新的处理方法,本研究就是结合c++builder6.0软件采用定量分析方法,提高光谱仪测试精度。主要运用数理统计的最小二乘法、极大似然估计和置信区间来实现合理的处理算法。采用原子光谱分析对照表来确定材料中的元素成分分析;同时,并能对合成图进行逆向分析出各个元素的波段光强图。63734

Title    Research on direct-reading spectrometer data Analysis                                             

Abstract

Spectrometer data analysis is the core of the spectrometer, the main difficulty is to resolve spectrum interference issues, on the basis of the subject aimed at analysing common processing algorithms and new approaches to improve spectrometer testing accuracy. Known, Atomic launches spectrum by used of principle is electricity arc (or sparks) of high temperature make samples in the element from solid directly gasification and is fired and launches out the element of features wavelength, runs out grid points light, became by wavelength arranged of "spectrum", these element of features spectral lines through shot narrow sewing out, launched into inpidual of photoelectric doubled tube, light signal into signals, by instrument of control measurement system will signals points and for die/number conversion, then by computer processing, and print out the element of hundred points content. On the basis of the subject aimed at analysing common processing algorithms, new treatment methods, this study is combined with c++builder6.0 software to use quantitative methods to improve spectrometer testing accuracy. Main application of mathematical statistical least squares, maximum likelihood estimation and confidence intervals to achieve a reasonable processing algorithms. Atomic Spectrometry chart to determine the elemental composition of materials analysis; Meanwhile, and reverse analysis of each element of the composite image-band intensity.
