摘要微带SIR滤波器是现代通信系统中的重要组成部分。在微波通信、电子对抗、雷达、制导等通信系统中,它是关键器件,它的性能决定整个通信系统的质量,直接影响着系统性能的优劣。微带阶梯阻抗谐振器(SIR)具有独一无二的优越性,不仅结构更加紧凑,而且性能更高,通过改变寄生通带,可以大幅度降低谐波抑制,微带SIR滤波器具有更好的电性能,因为其结构紧凑,尺寸较小,性能较高,设计简单等诸多优点69363
本文基于HFSS设计了一个SIR带通滤波器,根据技术要求,设计并优化了电路结构,并利用仿真软件计算各项技术指标并于理论对比。最终,我们完成了一个中心频率1.2Ghz,带宽50Mhz,反射系数小于10db,插入损耗小于3db的带通SIR滤波器。

Title Bandpass Filter using Stepped-Impendance Resonators designed by High Frequency Structure Simulator(HFSS)
Abstract
With the development of microwave technology, microwave filter is very important in modern microwave communication system. In microwave communication, radar, guidance and other communication systems, it is the key device. Microstrip hairpin sir (stepped-impedance resonators) can meet the requirements of high performance, miniaturization, lightweight, low cost, by controlling the coupling segments and the non-coupled line.
A microstrip bandpass filter using stepped-impedance resonators is designed by using HFSS, It is shown that the measured and simulated performances are in good agreement. Finally,we designed a microstrip bandpass filter using stepped impedance resonators which central frequency is 1.2Ghz,bandwidth is 50Mhz,and with less than 3db insertion loss and 10db reflection coefficient.
