摘要本文基于耦合微带线传输结构设计了一种新型的高选择性带通滤波器,所设计的滤波器不仅工作具有较宽的工作带宽而且具有优良的选择特性。本文在传统的二阶平行耦合微带线拓扑结构基础之上,提出了一种改进型的耦合结构,此结构可以在通带两侧产生两个固有的零点,因此滤波器的选择性得以提高。文中通过奇偶模的分析方法,从理论上给出了零点产生的具体频点位置。为了验证所提出的设计思路,我们设计了一个中心频率位于2。5GHz的带通滤波器。最终优化的结果表明,所设计滤波器的3dB相对带宽达到了54。4%,表现出了良好的宽频带特性,并且我们可以清楚地观察到带外的传输零点,体现出了陡峭的带外抑制度。最后,我们对所设计的耦合微带线滤波器进行实物加工并测试,试验结果与仿真结果高度吻合。76990

Title Design of a microstrip coupled-line bandpass filter with high selectivity
Abstract A new microstrip coupled-line based bandpass filter (BPF) with high selectivity is presented in this paper。 The designed BPF not only works with a wide operating bandwidth but also has a compact circuit size。 Based on the conventional two-stage parallel coupled-line prototype, modified parallel coupled-line structure is proposed to obtain high selectivity with inherent transmission zeros nearby the passband。 By using the even-odd mode analysis method, the specific frequency position of the transmission zeros are obtained。 For demonstration, one example BPF has been designed with the center frequency of 2。5GHz。 Final results show that the proposed filter owns a 3 dB fractional bandwidth of 54。4%, which exhibits a wideband performance。 Furthermore, transmission zeros located in both sides of the passband can be clearly observed, which indicates that the filter features with sharp out-of-band rejection。 Finally, the designed microstrip coupled-line filter has been fabricated and measured。 Experimental results are in good agreement with the simulated results。
