摘要在微波电路系统中,铁氧体隔离器可以起到隔离、防相互串扰、匹配、 调谐、去耦合等作用,这些作用使整个微波系统工作的稳定性、可靠性大 幅提高。小型化和宽频带在隔离器的研究方向中逐渐成为主流,而边导模 的结构是实现的有效方法。本文针对边导模隔离器进行的工作如下:77311
1。利用 HFSS 软件建立了 1-4GHz 频段的边导模隔离器和 4-16GHz 频段 的边导模隔离器,研究了其性能参数 S11、S12、S21。
2。利用 HFSS 软件研究了隔离器厚度、偏置磁场、内导体尺寸、内导体 形状对 1-4GHz 频段的边导模隔离器性能的影响,研究其性能参数 S11、S12、 S21。
3。 利用 HFSS 软件研究了隔离器厚度、偏置磁场、内导体尺寸、内导 体形状对 4-16GHz 频段的边导模隔离器性能的影响,研究其性能参数 S11、 S12、S21。

Title Simulation and design of a small edge-mode isolator
Abstract In microwave circuits system, ferrite isolators can play roles in isolating, preventing crosstalk, matching and decoupling。 The stability and the reliability of the microwave system are greatly improved because of these functions。 Miniaturization and broadband have gradually become the mainstream in the direction of the isolators, and the structure of edge-mode is an effective method to realize it。 This thesis is carried out as follows:1。1-4GHz edge-mode isolator and 4-16GHz edge-mode isolator are established by HFSS software and study the performance of the parameters of S11, S12, S21。
2。By HFSS software, the thickness of the isolator, the intensity of the bias field, the size of the innerconductor and the shape of the
innerconductor that can affect the performance of the 1-4GHz edge-mode isolator are studied, and the parameters of S11, S12, S21 which stand for the performance of the isolator are also studied。
