摘要Lange耦合器作为一种基本电路在微波集成电路中属于一种常用的电路类型,在功率合成器和分配器、混频器和调制器中应用广泛,它的电路效果对于功分器、混频器、调制器等的 最终效果拥有较大的影响。本文主要介绍Lange耦合器的设计以及仿真过程。先通过理论计算得到Lange 耦合器的频 带范围,中心频点,驻波比,插入损耗,耦合度系数,定向度系数,隔离度系数,然后通过 EDA软件对原理图进行设计仿真并完成最终的优化调试。为了使Lange耦合器设计过程更加简 单高效,并且通过优化电路参数达到预期设计目标,本文将基于ADS软件对Lange耦合器进行 设计仿真,优化画图,版图制作,通过对比图线及优化后参数,寻找影响Lange耦合器最终使 用性能的重要因素。最终设计完成的Lange耦合器,在12GHz的工作频率时,耦合度和插入损 耗为别为3。072dB、3。086dB,属于可以接受的误差范围;隔离度为23。163dB,定向度为 20。091dB,达到了预期设计要求。 77733

Title Design and Simulation of microwave Lange coupler
Abstract
As a basic circuit, coupler Lange is a kind of common circuit in microwave integrated circuit area。 It is widely used in power synthesizer,distributor, mixer, and modulator。 And it has great effects on power splitters, mixer, modulator, etc。
This paper mainly introduces the design and simulation process of coupler Lange。 By theoretical calculation,this paper obtains coupler Lange frequency range , the center frequency point, standing wave ratio, insertion loss, the coupling coefficient, the coefficients of directional, isolation coefficient, and then designs schematic diagram simulation and optimization of final debugging through the EDA software。 In order to make the coupler Lange design process more simple and efficient, and to meet the expected targets design through the optimization of circuit parameters, this paper is based on the ADS software to design the simulation of coupler Lange, the optimization of drawing, and map production。 By comparing the curve and the optimized parameters, the paper finds an important factor which influences the Lange coupler end-use performance。 The coupling degree and insertion loss of the final design of the Lange coupler under the working frequency of 12 GHZ is 3。072 dB and 3。086 dB, which falls in an acceptable error range。 The isolation ratio is 23。163 dB and the orientation ratio is 20。091 dB, which means that estimated design requirements is met。
