摘要近年来,随着低成本、高性能以及小型化器件在现代无线通信系统中的需求日益增长,具有这些优势的微波无源器件已经成为射频前端电路设计中非常重要的因素之一。目前,具有高集成度多功能微波无源器件已成为国内外无线通讯技术领域的研究热点。高集成度的多功能功分滤波器,具有功率分配功能及带通滤波器的高选择性兼顾特性,是微波无源器件研究的重要方向。

功分器全称功率分配器,是一种将功率分成两路或多路输出相等或不相等功率的器件,也可反过来将多路信号功率合路输出。其中微波大功率功分器采用波导或者同轴线结构,微波中小功率则可以采用微带线结构的功分器。78453

滤波器是微波工程中重要的二端口微波器件之一。它通过使信号能够在通带频率内稳定传输并同时使信号在阻带内呈现衰减,达到微波电路系统中的选频作用。理想滤波器应具有下述特性:它可使微波信号在通带范围内完全被稳定的传输,而且它可以使微波信号在阻带范围内完全被抑制。

高性能双模双通带功分滤波器设计。本文通过功分器的设计原理和多模谐振器的谐振机理,来将功分器和滤波器的功能结合到一起,从而实现具有滤波性能的双模双通带功分器。

本文主要对射频前端微波无源器件进行研究,应用微波传输线理论,微带线理论、微波谐振器等相关理论,采用奇偶模分析方法和功分滤波器的设计原理,完成了高性能多功能微波无源器件的小型化设计方案,设计了双模双通带功分滤波器,为射频前端无源器件技术的系统深入研究奠定了基础,为研制开发高性能功分滤波器提供了技术支撑。

The full name power distributor is a device which can be pided into two or more equal or unequal power outputs。 The microwave high power power pider adopts the structure of the waveguide or the coaxial line, and the microwave power can be used for the power pider of the microstrip line structure。

Filter is one of the important two port microwave devices in microwave engineering。 Through the signal to in the pass band frequency stability in transmission and the signal in stop band show attenuation to microwave circuit system frequency。 The ideal filter should have the following characteristics: it can make the microwave signal in the passband is completely stable transmission, and it can make the microwave signal in the stop band is completely suppressed。

Design of high performance dual band power filter。 In this paper, the design principle of power pider and the resonance mechanism of multi-mode resonator are designed to combine the functions of power pider and filter to achieve the dual band power pider with filtering performance。

The RF front-end microwave passive components are studied mainly in this paper, by the theory of microwave transmission line, microstrip line theory, microwave resonator theory by even and odd mode analysis method and power filter design principle, high performance multi-functional microwave passive devices of small type design scheme, dual-mode dual-band power pider filter is designed, laid the foundation for the systematic and thorough research on the technology of RF front-end passive device, for the research and development of high performance power filter to provide technical support。
