摘要:在本次设计中,主要设计的为一款小功率的业余电台收发装置(QRP)该类型装置具有较低功率的发射与接收功率,经过设计验证,接收部分电流为35mA,发射电流为1A以下,为此实现了超低功耗的无线发送与接受功能,并且本次设计的电路具有很高的灵敏度,能够应用于各种短距离发送与接收场合中,本次设计的主要内容为关于无线电台的混频电路、中频放大电路、解调电路以及低通滤波、带通滤波器、以及发射、接收端的功率放大电路的设计,实现了采用接受高频信号,经过NE602混频器混频后输出中频信号,在将中频信号采用中频放大器MC1350进行中频放大,最终采用二级混频器NE602将中频信号中的语言信号进行解调,在这个实现路径之中对信号波形径向滤波出来,之后再通过功率放大器2sc1162对信号进行放大,最终实现能够进行无线通讯。80980
