摘要在5m厚板产线的实际轧制过程中,由于钢板尺寸、温度以及设备情况等工艺条件的波动,导致在轧制相同钢种、规格厚板产品时,不同班组的轧制道次存在一定的波动。由于轧制规程的变化,一方面影响了生产的稳定性,另一方面也导致了最终产品质量和性能稳定性的下降,直接影响用户的使用。81420
目前,在生产过程中,操作人员在模型自动计算结果的基础上调整工艺参数,以保证轧制产品的工艺要求。该方法人为的干扰因素较大,操作人员的习惯、经验起到了关键的作用。不同的班组及操作人员对于调整参数的设定在理解程度上也存在着一定的偏差,因此不能从根本上保证同一规格、工艺要求的钢板轧制道次规程的稳定性,对产品性能带来波动,影响质量。
另一方面,5m厚板机组经过了10多年的生产,积累了大量的轧制工艺数据。这些数据背后蕴含了大量的厚板轧制变形规律,同时也包含了现场操作人员多年操作经验,长期未能得到充分的利用。因此,本研究的目的是希望能够从大数据的角度,对积累的轧制工艺数据进行分析和挖掘,提出适应5m厚板机组的轧制工艺模型,提高厚板标准产品的轧制稳定性。
