摘要首先,本文研究了国内外永磁电机的发展状况,介绍了永磁电机的结构组成和运行原理,并根据磁路法设计了一款380V,200W的永磁同步电动机。
其次,采用有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell进行电机模型的建立、网格剖分、边界条件的设定、运动选项和求解参数的设置。根据仿真结果,研究空载电机的起动过程,得出设计的电机能够较好的实现自启动。分析电机空载下磁场的分布,磁链和反电动势曲线的变化,磁链的波形为正弦波,而反电动势的波形为平顶波。81486
最后,通过改变定子齿的尺寸和永磁体的结构来优化反电动势的波形,研究表明两种方式都可以抑制谐波,其中改变永磁体结构的效果更明显。

Title Design and Research on Permanent Magnet Motor
Abstract First of all, this dissertation studies the development situation of PM motor at home and abroad。 The structure and operation principle of PM motor are introduced and a rated voltage 300V and rated power 200W permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is designed according to the magnetic circuit method。
Secondly, the finite element analysis(FEA) software Ansoft Maxwell is used for the establishment of PM motor model, Mesh generation, the setting of boundary conditions, and the setup of motion options。 Then, the design of the motor is simulated。 Under no-load conditions, the starting process of motor is described and the result shows that the ability of self-starting is good。 The distribution of the magnetic field is analyzed。 The changes of the flux linkage and the back EMF are observed。 It is found that the flux linkage is a sinusoidal wave and the back EMF is a flat-top wave。
Finally,the back EMF can be optimized by changing the structure of the PM and the size of the stator teeth。 The result shows that the two methods can reduce the harmonic and the effect of the latter is more obvious。
